  • Do you accept insurance, HSA or FSA cards?
    We do not accept insurance, HSA, or FSA cards at this time.
  • How does shipping work?
    All prescriptions are shipped and filled from an accredited US pharmacy. Your medication is shipped in a small box with ice packs and should arrive within 5-7 days from your written prescription. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided. Please keep your package's tracking information current so you can refrigerate the medication upon arrival.     How to Start Slim Solution: 1. Start by placing your order online for one of our Weight Loss programs. 2. Once you've paid for the program's first month, you'll answer some questions about your health history and weight loss goals. A board-certified physician will review your medical questionnaire and connect with you through our telehealth platform. 3. Once your physician approves you for the program, you'll be notified, and your medication will be shipped directly to your door. 4. To ensure you are getting the most out of our program and your medication, you can securely message your doctor anytime with any questions regarding your treatment plan.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    Once you join the program, you can cancel at any time. The program is charged monthly, so you will not be charged for the upcoming month as long as you cancel before your next renewal date. If, on your initial consult, you are deemed a non-candidate for a particular weight loss treatment, you will be refunded minus a 19.99 medical processing fee.
